Small Talks is a comprehensive cross-sector conference on early childhood, a new forum for the exchange of ideas that motivate a good and just society for all children. Small Talks will feature a track on innovative financing structures, which will take the place of the annual Conference of the Social Impact Performance Advisors focused on Pay for Success for early childhood. All jurisdictions selected to receive PFS Technical Assistance are required to attend Small Talks in October 2017 in Washington, D.C.; registration will also be open to any interested parties who did not apply for the technical assistance.
